Within this 6,000-year-old tree lies something extraordinary

Nature is beautiful. We have shown you some absolutely breathtaking photographs of nature at its best. Nature always upsets us and shows us that it will forever be a mystery. We discover truly amazing things and there is so much more to discover. When I heard about this amazing Baobab tree in South Africa, I was shocked that something like this really exists.

This incredible Baobab tree has a whopping 47 meters in circumference.

The height of this tree also exceeds 19 meters.

But the most amazing part of this tree is what’s inside.

It’s a fun tree bar. The café’s website states: “When the baobabs reach their thousand years, they begin to empty inside. In the Big Baobab this has led to wonderful caverns and grottos, where the famous Baobab Tree Bar now amazes visitors.

But don’t worry, this bar didn’t ruin the shaft, it was already naturally hollow inside.

The small pub inside the tree was created in 1933.

The bar has 13 foot high ceilings and comfortably seats 15 people inside.

In addition to its considerable size, this baobab is also one of the oldest trees on earth. Carbon dating has estimated it to be around 6,000 years old. What an amazing sight to see. I have to have a drink inside this incredibly ancient tree.
